ACCOMMODATION
ESfO conference organization committee and Promo Sciences have a number of accommodation options to propose. Please determine the accommodation type you need before registering to the conference.

If you are a participant (i.e. register for the conference) and you are sharing a hotel or hostel room with another participant, only one of you needs to actually book a room during the registration process. If your room-sharing colleague/partner does book accommodation, then please click the button "I don't need accommodation booking" during registration process.
CANCELLATIONS of ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation fees, less a 10% administration charge, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by June 3, 2005. Cancellations received between 4 and 17 June will only be partially refunded. Cancellations received after 18 June 2005 will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
PLEASE NOTE: the conference dinner is shedulded on the 8th of July in the evening. Also, two excursions in Marseille and close surroundings will be organised on Saturday 9th July morning from about 10am to 1pm.
HOTEL
The prices are in Euro per room, per night (breakfast and local tax not included). All hotels are within 15 min walking distance from the conference site. The rooms will be attributed on a first come first served basis. Please, note that if there are no more rooms in the chosen hotel category, PROMO SCIENCES will suggest another category of hotel and/or price, depending on the availability.

HOSTEL (preferably for students)
A limited number of hostel apartments have also been reserved by ESfO for students willing to share an apartment with another student(s). Prices are given per night per Studio/Apartment (breakfast and tax not included)
- The studio (1-2 persons) includes a private washroom, a bedsitting area (two single beds) and is equipped with a small kitchen.
- The apartment (double, triple, or quadruple occupancy) includes a private washroom, a living room with double hide-a-bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and is equipped with a small kitchen.
